Information in an enquiry
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address and requirements, together with any company and destination-market details you provide. The selected product or project context and the page from which you submit are included. Approved campaign-source, campaign-medium and campaign-name labels may also be included when available. These labels describe the enquiry context; they do not verify your identity or confirm an exact product configuration.
We use this information to review your request, discuss product requirements and manage the enquiry and any response. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry. The enquiry form does not upload attachments; if you use email, add any relevant attachments in your email application.
Preparing a draft and submitting an enquiry
Review enquiry draft prepares a local draft for you to check. It does not submit that draft. Submit enquiry sends the displayed form to this website. A saved reference confirms that the website accepted the enquiry for processing; it does not confirm that an email was delivered. If the result is unknown, follow the displayed retry guidance rather than assuming that the enquiry was saved or lost.
A document or resource summary marked Not sent remains a local preparation step. Opening an email draft or WhatsApp is a separate choice. You decide whether to send through that application, which has its own data-handling practices.
How staff handle enquiries
Authorised staff can access saved enquiries through an authenticated workspace. Staff sign-in uses session and login-challenge cookies for authentication and request protection. Internal notifications are separate from enquiry storage; they refer staff to the enquiry rather than including the customer message or email address. Where notifications are enabled, a saved enquiry may trigger an internal notification. Replies require a separate authorised send action. An email accepted by a mail server is not proof that it reached the recipient.
Hosting and contact channels
The website is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure. Enquiries submitted to the website are handled by SUNFULL through this service. Email and WhatsApp are separate contact channels. For a question about a submitted enquiry or its information, email [email protected] and provide the enquiry reference if available.
Optional page sources
You may choose to remember pages viewed in this tab to help us understand your enquiry. This is optional and does not affect your ability to submit. Only approved page paths and approved campaign labels observed after you agree are remembered for up to 30 minutes in this tab. We do not reconstruct visits before permission, use your browser referrer, or record raw query strings, browsing across other sites, or tracking identifiers for this feature.
The first recorded page is the first observed after permission, not necessarily your original landing page. The latest recorded page is an observation, not proof that it caused your enquiry. Unavailable or unapproved information remains unknown. Uncheck the option to stop and clear this tab’s page-source record. This does not delete enquiries already submitted or change the page-source snapshot of a request already in progress. Retrying an unchanged request reuses that snapshot; we do not automatically send a new enquiry after withdrawal.
Submitted page-source information
Your current submission page and product context are saved with the enquiry whether or not you choose optional page history. Optional first and latest observed pages are additional information, not a replacement for that submission context. They are stored only when page-source processing is enabled and a limited retention setting has been configured for it. After the applicable expiry, those optional page-source details are treated as unknown. Removing expired page-source records is a separate maintenance action; this notice does not promise an automatic deletion schedule or deletion of the enquiry itself.
Questions about stored information
Enquiry records, staff handling records and email-processing records are separate from the optional page-source history. Clearing this tab does not delete those records.
